What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Check-in is keyless, and every guest gets a unique entry code.
What do I need to book?
The primary renter must be 25 or older, send a copy of a government-issued photo ID, and sign our rental agreement. Your unique door code goes out once that's done. Quick and painless, we promise.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Each home allows one pet per stay, and The Twin Cottages allow up to 2 pets, with a $150 pet fee. Assistance animals are always welcome.
How far is the beach?
From the Hyannis cottages, it’s a 0.2-mile walk. From the Beach Hut, Parker’s River Beach is about a 4-minute (0.4 mi) walk.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as you booked at least 7 days before check-in.
- After that, cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a 50% refund.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the nightly rate isn’t refunded.
